We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express both in-store and online. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay in-store.

Gift Cards may be purchased and used both in-store and online. For balance inquiries, call 319-352-8227. Cards expire two years from the date of issue.

Tuition Account Charging is available to students for course materials and supplies during the beginning of each term. Exact dates are posted on the Campus Calendar.

Tuition Charging Policy: Students may charge to their tuition accounts items deemed necessary for coursework. Students may charge specialty course materials adopted by professors including batons, drumsticks, sheet music paper and recorders. Students may also charge school supplies such as writing instruments, calculators, planners, notebooks, and binders as well as technology accessories including ear buds, device chargers and batteries. ID holders and lanyards are included on the items that can be charged to tuition accounts. Students may not charge apparel or gift items such as drinkware.

Tuition charging is available at the beginning of Fall and Winter semesters, with exact dates determined by the Business Office. During May Term, the Business Office only allows students with a credit balance to charge to their account.

All-Campus Spending is available to students, faculty, staff, and retirees and is accepted in-store only. You receive 10% off your order when paid in full with All-Campus Spending. To add money to your account, contact the Business Office or Dining Services Office.

Order Fulfillment

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next business day. Shipping does not occur on Wartburg College Campus Holidays, as these are not considered business days.

The Wartburg Store reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud.

We offer FREE In-Store Pickup, Curbside Pickup and 24/7 Locker Pickup. If your order requires shipping, we ship via USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail using a flat rate fee structure.

In-Store Pickup

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1:00 PM CT will be ready for pickup within 1 hour. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CT will be ready for pickup by 10:00 AM the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be ready for pickup by 10:00 AM the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order number. When you arrive at the store, please provide your name or order number to a staff member and we'll retrieve your order.

Curbside Pickup

We offer free curbside pickup during our regular business hours. Pull into the turnaround area at the end of 3rd Ave NW near our loading dock door, labeled 150. Call us at (319) 352-8227 and we'll bring your order out to you.

24/7 Wartburg Student Locker Pickup

This option is perfect option if you are a Wartburg Student and prefer to pickup but are not able to get to our store during regular business hours. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification from the Mail Room that your order is ready to pickup along with instructions on how to access the locker system. Lockers are located on the ground level of Saemann Student Center, across from the Den and the Mail Center.

Returns & Exchanges

We sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase, but we understand that sometimes customers change their minds or items simply do not fit. Please read our policies below before placing your order to ensure there are no surprises with processing any changes or returns. 

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of unworn and unaltered merchandise* with original tags and receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase. Refunds will be provided to the original form of payment. If a receipt is not present, you will be eligible for a refund in the form of a Gift Card for the current price of the item.

*Clearance merchandise is not eligible for a full refund, but may be exchanged for alternate item(s) or a store gift card.

Exchanging Merchandise

In the case of exchanging merchandise, please contact us at with your order number and the item(s) that you wish to exchange. You may bring the item(s) to the store for exchange or mail the item(s) you wish to exchange back to us. Please see next section for preparing your return.

Preparing Your Return

We ask that you pay the shipping charges to return the item(s) you are exchanging to us. We will cover the cost of sending the new item(s) back to you. We recommend using a mail service with tracking, as The Wartburg Store cannot be held liable for any lost items in shipping.
