Ordering Online

Submit your order securely to us via this web site. For online orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmericanExpress and All-Campus Spending (10% discount taken off order when it is processed.) Tuition charging is available during start of term. Visit us again after you have placed your order to easily track your shipment and view order history. You can even choose to pick up your order in the store - at no additional cost!

Payment

Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AmEx) are accepted. Students may charge course materials and supplies to their account during start of term. Check the campus calendar for specific dates. All-Campus Spending is available for faculty, staff, retirees and students.

Due to the discount program associated with All-Campus Spending, it must be used for full payment of the transaction. Multi-tender payments are not allowed with All-Campus Spending.

Shipping Policies

The Wartburg Store is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items en route.

On average, your order will ship in 2 business days from time of placement. Online orders for textbooks/course materials will be ready for in-store pick-up 1 day from time of placement.

We do not ship internationally. If you place an order from overseas, request shipment to a U.S. location.

Return Policy

Course Materials: Full refunds will be issued if you have your sales receipt, new books are unmarked and your student I.D. is presented. All extra study materials such as CDs and web cards MUST be returned unused with the text and shrink wrap be intact. The Wartburg Store reserves the right to refuse a refund at anytime. Last day to return textbooks for full refund is usually the first Wednesday after classes start. Check the campus calendar for specific dates.

Merchandise Return/Exchange Policy:

Clearance: All sales are final.

All other merchandise: A cash register receipt of the invoice found in your online shipment is required for any return or exchange. All returns and exchanges need to be completed within three months from the purchase date. Merchandise needs to be in the same condition as when purchased along with the original hangtags or pricing stickers.

If a product is not the right size and/or color, simply ship it back to us, at your expense, and we will send the correct item free of shipping charges.

If you wish to return a product for refund and the return meets all criteria of the Merchandise Return/Exchange Policy, send the product back to us, at your expense. The amount credited for the item/s will be isssued to the same tender as when purchased.
